Respected sir, below there are 6 questions , for which my answers do not tally with those given in the books..so please solve my queries.



1.On 1st jan,2010 , vimal sold goods worth Rs.20,000 to renu and drew a bill for 3 months . Renu accepted the bill and returned it to vimal who discounted the bill with the bank on 4th feb. 2010 @15% p.a. the discounting charges will be?

2.Gama ltd. issued 10,000 10% debenturs of rs.100 each @ a disc. of 10%. The entire amount is payable on application. application were received for 12,000 debentures. the allotment of debentures was made on 10th oct.2009. the amt. that should be credited to debentures a/c on 10th oct. ,2009

Due to institute's mistake I am registered as SHIDHANT LAKHAN instead of SIDHANT LAKHAN. Two times I send a request letter to institute but I doesn't receive any reply.
So please sir suggest me how I write letter to change my name or what document should i attach with that.

1) If any C.A. holds part time C.O.P, then can he become FCA after 5 years of holding part time COP ?


2) Secondly, can such CA sign on the Balance sheets/attestations etc. ?

If after completion of articleship your principal refuses to sign form 108 and refuses to relieve you, what are your rights? Can some assistance be got from somewhere?
If your principal makes you work even after your articleship and excess leave is over is that legal?
What support can be had from the institute? Will the institute support the student?
If yes, which number to contact?
My articleship inclusive of my excess leave will be completed in december 2011. I will be presenting my form 108 in december. If my principal refuses to sign then i want to know how to tackle it. Please help.

I have Joined Aticleship on Sept.5,2011.Since Last 3 Months i haven't learny anything yet.My employer is also a Share Broker..and since last 2 months he only send me out of office for porpose of share market cllient's cheque and all and for bank conurrent audit..
