3]what is the importance of articleship to become a complete professional?and whether small firms are not able to do this?

when is the pre-poned ca final attempt for may2011 ipcc passouts? my friend told me that we can appear for grup2 in nov 13 as per new icai guidelines. is it so?
as per a recent amendment, students are able to appear for finals within last 6 months of articleship. so is there any "new" amendment or guideline after that?
pls help me out.. i cant find anything on icai website..

PLS HELP MY ARTICLESHIP IS COMPLETED ON 16 OCTOBER 2011 BUT IT IS EXTENDED BY 25 DAYS THAT IS FROM 17 OCTOBER TO 11 NOV 2011 I HAVE COMPLETED THE EXTENDED PERIOD AND GIVEN THE EXAMS.....SO MY PRINCIPAL HAD EXECUTED 107 FOR ABOVE PERIOD IS IT CORRECT? WHETHER THE EXAM DAYS ARE COUNTED FOR THIS OR TAKEN AS LEAVE? MY ARTICLESHIP WILL BE TAKEN AS COMPLETED OR IT WILL BE AGAIN EXTENDED DUE TO EXAM DAYS........PLS CLEAR.

I am a CA Final student.I am facing some confusion regarding when my CA Final attempt is due.My Articleship has started on 22.9.2010 and will get completed on 21.9.2013.I have taken excess leave of 186 days.

what is meant by "level 1 company" ?

(including intervening holidays) on which an articled assistant
appears for any examination under these Regulations or attends
a course of academy of accounting conducted by the Institute
and recognised by the Council in this behalf, shall not be treated
as leave but would be treated as period actually served under
articles""
intervening holidays means holidays during the period of leave prior to exam or days of exam?????
