27 November 2011 If after completion of articleship your principal refuses to sign form 108 and refuses to relieve you, what are your rights? Can some assistance be got from somewhere?
If your principal makes you work even after your articleship and excess leave is over is that legal?
What support can be had from the institute? Will the institute support the student?
If yes, which number to contact?
My articleship inclusive of my excess leave will be completed in december 2011. I will be presenting my form 108 in december. If my principal refuses to sign then i want to know how to tackle it. Please help.
