Dear experts,
1) If any C.A. holds part time C.O.P, then can he become FCA after 5 years of holding part time COP ?
2) Secondly, can such CA sign on the Balance sheets/attestations etc. ?

1. yes, A CA hold part time COP cab become FCA after 5 years.
2. secondly he can't perform attested function...he can provide only consultancy service(such as income tax,vat service tax,excise matter)
