Experienced people,plz tell me.If a student takes termination in the first year,Will it be soo bad when u go for interview?some one told me that such students are not even given a chance to explain in the interview.Some said that is not considered...as long as u join some other repited firm...What will happen??

I have completed 6 months of my articleship training. Now I want to take transfer.But i dont have a bank account. But Form 109, says to mention the bank account no . Can i provide the bank account no. of my father on dat field?............plz help .....

I have completed my articles as on 01.02.2011, I Have sent Form 108 to the institute and I have not received letter from insititute with regard to accepatance of Form 108.

In exam application form, it is mentioned that, if articles is completed, Date mentioned in the correspondance with institute is to be mentioned...

I have registered for articleship
by submitting form 102. At the time of executing deed my C.A. take my signature on a blank non-judicial stamp paper .
i want to know that whether it is justified and will not creat any problem in future. Plz tell me the reason of taking sign .

i want to know that if there is any rule that we can do articleship only after 18 years someone was saying that it was possible in pcc but not in ipcc

And i heard that article is covered under employees act
M still 16 please help...
