Experienced people,plz tell me.If a student takes termination in the first year,Will it be soo bad when u go for interview?some one told me that such students are not even given a chance to explain in the interview.Some said that is not considered...as long as u join some other repited firm...What will happen??

give him a solid reason for termination but avoid to give a negative reason (means against the ca), give a reason against the work area or any other
