Service tax on coaching classes

My freind provide coaching classes to commerce (B-com.) students.
is it compulsory to pay service tax on this service? pls reply...

i am an ipcc student appearing for may2012,my admit card is not issued, i m worried because last date to submit the online exam form was 5th march,2012 but my exam form has reached on 6th march,2012 so i m eligible or not to appear for this exam.will i get my exam fees back or not.

Duplicate marksheet

hello everyone..
i cleared my ca in nov 2011 but dint recd my marksheet. i have applied for duplicate but still no response. can anyone tell me how much time will it take. i have tried institute nos many tiimes i.e 01203054851. but no one answers the call.
plzz help.
