I have applied for name approval of company with 5 lakh share capital.

after name approval. I want to register company with capital of Rs. 1 lakh.

what is the procedure for it .

I have passed CA Final "FIRST GROUP" in verification result.My Roll No. is 139934 (Rohit sharma).I want to know whether there is any probability of mistakes in verification result announced.I got to know about it on 18-04-2012. I want to know whether I should be confirmed of my result or I should be prepared for MAY 2012 EXAMS. In short, whether verification results are conclusive evidence that I have cleared my first group.

My articleship has been completed on 22/11/2011 and my principal have filed 763 no. of days leave in form 108. My articleship was commenced form 21/05/2008. Please let me know how much period of my articleship extended.

is it compulsory to clear both groups to get article-ship in the BIG-4???? can any1 pls rply

While registering for IPCC, I paid the fees for both the groups as well as the articleship, i.e. a total amount of Rs. 12000.

I cleared my IPCC Group 1 in theNov 2011 attempt and will be attempting the group in May 2012. So for the time being I want toregister for my articleship. I am not sure if I have to pay Rs. 2000 again for registering myself for articleship.

Someone with knowledge in this regard, please help me out!
