Registration of pvt company by reduced capital

19 April 2012 I have applied for name approval of company with 5 lakh share capital.

after name approval. I want to register company with capital of Rs. 1 lakh.

what is the procedure for it .

Please check, whether your company name approval is depend on capital or not. And if not depend then you can do so with an NOC from all promoters in this regards.

19 April 2012 name approved is not depends on capital as per name availability guidelines 2011.

19 April 2012 Sir,

I have contacted ROC for this issue. accrding to them after name approval capital can not be reduced.
Increment in capital is possible at the time of registration.
