sir, my articleship was started on 14sept 2011,i continued there upto 31 august2012 and then i fell sick .because of that i could not go there for 3 months and 5 days .
On today they has given me transfer but they are taking my 3 months medical as my absent.i will join new firm by 15th of december.
sir in this case my attempt would be in may 14 or november 14. leave period will be considered in articleship period of 2 and half year which must be completed before final exam

iam pcc student. both group not cleared. my age is 30. if last attempt pcc nov 2012 ,suppose not cleared nov 2012 attempt pcc, then what steps i taken continue ca course ? . employment opportunity as a salary employee in campus placement conducted by icai.

I want new Airticleship not Transfer.

I have submmited form 103.but not paid fees Rs 2000.ICAI sent me notic only for fees.and told me by phon (mobile) that I am not registered for Articleship due to pending fees and I want to take articleship another firm.

But If I take articleship from back date (old date).
can previous Principle create problem ?

Hi frnds, I m ca final student I wnt to knw dt Is there any drawback to opt Hindi medium for final exams. I hv passed ipcc with English medium bt now i thinking to opt Hindi for theoretical subjects bcz M quiet comfortable with hinglish.
Is that (opt Hindi) affect to result

I cleared my both groups of IPCC in may 2012 and got registered for my articleship in october 2012.

My principal has all of sudden reduced my stipend from 4500 to 3000 without any prior intimidation.
When asked for explanation,they said its as per new regulation of ICAI issued in November 2012.

please help.
