13 December 2012 sir, my articleship was started on 14sept 2011,i continued there upto 31 august2012 and then i fell sick .because of that i could not go there for 3 months and 5 days .
On today they has given me transfer but they are taking my 3 months medical as my absent.i will join new firm by 15th of december.
sir in this case my attempt would be in may 14 or november 14. leave period will be considered in articleship period of 2 and half year which must be completed before final exam

You will be eligible to appear in May, 2014. Completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held or has been serving the last six months of practical training under Regulation 50 on the first day of the month in which the examination is held.
