For re joining of airticleship

13 December 2012 Dear Sir
I want taking transfer during the first year of the articleship. But My principal refuses to sign, what can I do?

Can I get New Articleship in New Firm again ?.

I want new Airticleship not Transfer.

I have submmited form 103.but not paid fees Rs 2000.ICAI sent me notic only for fees.and told me by phon (mobile) that I am not registered for Articleship due to pending fees and I want to take articleship another firm.

But If I take articleship from back date (old date).
can previous Principle create problem ?

13 December 2012 01. If you are not registered you can very well opt for new articleship.
02. Back dated is out of question. Please do not resort to any such practice which is VOID ab initio.
03. Even with the new articleship, ICAI will locate your name as "tried for registration" previously. Be prepared for that with a VALID reason.
