I completed ICWA, but i did not have graduation.after intermediate i completed ICWA, with out any degree..... am i eligible for IAS/IPS exams with 10+2 and ICWA qualification...

U have to see specific circular whether any issued by ICWAI, or UPSC, For your Information CA Degree is traeted at par with sraduation degree for writing IAS exams.there is a circular for CA degree to be eligible for writing IAS exams.
