Dear Sir
I want taking transfer during the first year of the articleship. But My principal refuses to sign, what can I do?
Can I get New Articleship in New Firm again ?.
I want new Airticleship not Transfer.
I have submmited form 103.but not paid fees Rs 2000.ICAI sent me notic only for fees.and told me by phon (mobile) that I am not registered for Articleship due to pending fees and I want to take articleship another firm.
But If I take articleship from back date (old date).
can previous Principle create problem ?

Yes, He may create problem because first you submitted form 103 for articleship registration with him. I thinking and my suggestion is better to ICAI suggestion in this case. So first post your query and problem to icai through e-sahayaataa available at www.icai.org.
