I'm running in 2nd year of my articles hp and I've took a continuous leave of 2 months till now due to some serious family issues. Now, the situation is I have take leave of another 3 months or so depending on when the situation gets normal. My question is what documents to be applied while seeking the permission for transfer after 1 year to the Inst. It's not a case of any medical issue or transfer of my parents, so what am I supposed to produce as an evidence?

I am a CA final student and I took ATC in Feb end'13. now i want to continue with CA again. Now I want to know:-
1.) Whether I need to register again in Finals?
2.) What will be my first attempt for finals? it was Nov'14 then...
3.) How many balance years I've to complete?

I am discontiued student of CA of 1992 batch, appeared under old patter of exams( Group 1,2 Inter and final etc) Now my question is can I re-appear exams now with same registration number and eligibility under the new pattern is my registration is valid ? I am planning to write this november 2013.

Does it worth for me doing ICWAI course, I have completed my B.E (Information Technology) and currently working as a ERP (oracle JD Edwards) Technical Consultant, in my technology there are modules like Finance,audit, manufacturing,cost etc....but i cant understand the process or flow of it because i m from IT background and just write code for it.....there are people called functional consultant in our field who has the knowledge of the flow. i to wnt to undestand the process so should i go for it (ICWAI course). I want to become a functional consultant tats why i wanted to do ICWAI course (part time) without leaving my current job......i know its not easy to pass , people take 3-4 yrs to pass this exam......then to i will try hard.

So should i go for it.

I am a student of IPCC.
I have registered for both groups for may 2013 examination but I wont be able to give the exams as i haven't been well since a few weeks and havent been able to prepare very well.
Will it be considered as failing as per ICAI? Do i have to inform anybody of the same? will it have any bad effect in future?

I've took a transfer from my previous employer on 11th of Feb'13 (date of expiry of my 1 yr's training: 14th of Feb'13). But due to serious family issues i could not take a new registration till 13th April'13. Also the transfer form could not be sent then. Now I'm suggested to clarify the situation and know the penalties if any in this case. As far as i'm getting it, i shud send the transfer form alongwith my new registration accompanying an application. Kindly guide me.....

i had joined the article-ship at 25.03.2013 and due to unavoidable reason i can't submit the form at 23.04.2013.
i want to know that D.D. will be made by Rs. 2100 or 2000+100

I have my attempt in May 2014. I am doing my articleship from a big 4. I want to score a rank in Ca final. I have only 2 hours available for study in weekdays due to hectic articleship. I can strech upto 8 hours on weekends. Please tell me how should start approaching my studies to get a rank in CA final?

I will get leaves in the month of December 2013.
Please help me on this.

( I have scored 22 rank in IPCC May 2011)

my ca ipcc may 2013 admitt card did n't get through post yet now .can i use downloaded admitt card for exam without any consent from icai
