On 1st April I have joined my articleship, but i was unaware that while submitting form 102 and form 103 we need to attached Stamp Paper. so i bought stamp paper dated 17th April, however i asked the person at ICAI about the date of commencement of Training, he said it is fine your Articleship period will start from 1st April as date of stamp paper is valid till a month.
So i just want to know in Both cases Whether my Articleship will start from 1st April or 17 April, am I eligible for Nov-2015 exam i.e. 2.5 years of completion of Articleship. Also do mention the last date to Join Articleship for eligibility of Nov-2015 Exam.

I am a student of ICSI(Professional Programme).
I wish to know about the salary packages offered a fresher Company Secretary.
I know it depends on the candidate and his skills etc. but I shall be very grateful to you if you provide me with an estimated figure.
Actually there is very limited information available for CS students regarding average,minimum and maximum salary as in CA.
Request you to answer my these three queries:-
1.What is the maximum salary offered till date to a fresher meritorious(rank holder) CS without any other degree like CA or LLB?(in metro cities)
2.What is the stipend for 15 months training in Bangalore?
3.What is more beneficial? to do training under a COMPANY or a FIRM OF PRACTICING COMPANY SECRETARIES?

I have joined a firm in the month of april and i have mentioned the same date on the registration form and also got franking done on the deed form 102. If i submit my form in the month of may will it delay my final attempt?

sir,i have cleared cwa inter in dec 2012 term ,now to appear final exam have to show 6 month article experience.but i m also admitted in ca in direct entry scheme after b.com ,there also article required .so can i do the both together.need help , no idea what to do ?

I've passed ipcc both groups and doing articles along with bcom correspondence for which i've obtained permission in form 112.Is it possible to register for cs also in addition to bcom? If so should i submit another 112 form?

My friend aged 42 working in a bank wish to do CA course. It was his dream while he was in college however, he could not
take up the course. Days passed by but now he wish to take up.

The only hitch he faces when he goes for exam hall where he will in midsst of all youngsters...Kindly advise as to what best he can do...!!

I have cleared both groups of C.A. Final examination held in May 2012. The issue is that I have not received my PASSING CERTIFICATE yet as of 16/04/2013. I had received a letter from the institute on 14/12/2012 stating that my examination form did not bear my photograph and I was required to submit 2 latest photographs attested along with a specimen signature. I had promptly replied to the letter and sent all the details mention on 24/12/2012. Even after that I have not received my Passing Certificate yet. What should I do?

I have Completed my Articleship in 2005, from SIRC. I have first registered with WIRC and since my Principal's branch office was at Chennai, the articleship was transferred to SIRC. I have also received Articleship Complwtion Form from SIRC.
Now, since then I am following up with WIRC for regularisation of Final Registration, there were no proper answers and to my surprise when I wrote a mail, the articles section told me that my articleship is not completed in their records and if Chennai office says so, let them send these records, then only the Final registration will be done.
Since then I also followed with the SIRC, but they replied that once the articlehsip completion letter, it is conclusive evidence. The WIRC is now not ready to accept my request and asking me to produce the records. Now where from I get these records. I have also wrote a mail to WIRC Articles incharge, officials of WIRC and SIRC but they have turned deaf. Is it my fault that their records are not updated? How do I resolve this? Kindly help me?

does franking form 102 make it a non judicial stamp paper?
and also tell that is franking required to be done before filling this form?
