Article ship query.

25 April 2013 i had joined the article-ship at 25.03.2013 and due to unavoidable reason i can't submit the form at 23.04.2013.
i want to know that D.D. will be made by Rs. 2100 or 2000+100

26 April 2013 There is due time of 30 days to submit form 103 to the ICAI from the date of commencement of articleship date as mentioned in the form 103. Thus you have time to submit your form 103 to the ICAI by 25-4-2013 with out any late fee or penalty.

As per you; you submitted form 103 to ICAI on 23-4-2013 so it reaches(i.e received by) the ICAI on or before 25-4-2013 then there is no penalty. So i think you submitted with in due period. However don't worry in case of any late submission then ICAI will request your employer(because of submission of articleship related documents responsibility is held with the employer) to pay late submission fee of Rs.100. So you don't worry regard this. So now you required to take a DD of Rs.2000 only i.e for articleship fee only.
