Transfer after 1 year

26 April 2013 I'm running in 2nd year of my articles hp and I've took a continuous leave of 2 months till now due to some serious family issues. Now, the situation is I have take leave of another 3 months or so depending on when the situation gets normal. My question is what documents to be applied while seeking the permission for transfer after 1 year to the Inst. It's not a case of any medical issue or transfer of my parents, so what am I supposed to produce as an evidence?

In case of Medical Ground, you will issue medical certificate issued by Hospital with stamp of Hospital with Form-109.

Before this you will take prior permission from Institute to take transfer.

In case of Parent transfer, you will produce a letter from Parent office evidencing the transfer of their employee.
