Can any one suggest me best reference book for general and commercial (CS EXECUTIVE) with easy language and easily understandable?

Can a Student take transfer from Articleship after 14 months of articleship without any reason mentioned as per the ICAI rules. And if one does so what could be the possible consequences ?

I had been completed ipcc G-II in nov,2011 and G-I in nov,2012 attempt.I made an application for registration of articles.
when i have to register for CA Final, according to new amendments made by ICAI. please give reply as soon as possible

My employe is not allowing to for industrial training even though i had given him 3 months notice
What should i do

i got 54.84% in t y b com and i m last year complete my mba in finance now i want to do ca then i can take direct admission in ipcc leval.i m read eligibility of icai for direct admission in ca but i m not understood.and i m got 72 mks in tax and 62 in management in t y b.com.
can i get admission based on any criteria of my marks.

my CS professional attempt is in dec 2013 and CA final will be in nov 2014. i am intending to give all 4 groups of CS professional this dec. so my query is will i be able to pursue all groups of CS professional simultaneously, considering the fact that i also have to undergo my CA articleship and also have to prepare for CA finals alongside with the CS.. also kindly suggest me some books which i should refer for the CS professional besides the institutes own module.. the answer in the scanner aren't upto date. so please suggest some other book... please suggest some good authors for each of the subjects of CS professionals..

I have finished both groups of IPCC and one level of CS Executive. I haven't registered for my articleship yet. My final semester of BCom is due this month.

Can I register for Articleship in June so that I will not face any issues as far as Form 112 is concerned? Can I delay in registering for articles?

I am a student of pcc and i haven't cleared any of my groups and have also not appeared for the may 13 exams. I wanted to know if i could get myself registered to IPC now and if yes then could you please guide me about the procedure. Can i appear for the nov'13 exams?

I cleared PE-II in Jan 2008 but did not register for Final immediately. Now I would like to register myself for Finals but am not sure about the procedures to register.And since 5 years have passed since my completion of PE-II please advice me the course of action to be taken.....
