06 May 2013 Can a Student take transfer from Articleship after 14 months of articleship without any reason mentioned as per the ICAI rules. And if one does so what could be the possible consequences ?

06 May 2013 Who have to take transfer after completion of 12 months of their articleship training must and should be comply with the any one of the conditions prescribed by the ICAI to get transfer.

So you should be comply with any one of the conditions mentioned by the ICAI to get transfer.

06 May 2013 Can u plz Tell me what can be the possible consequences if one submits FORM 109 in the institute after completion of 1 year(14 months) of articleship without providing any reason mentioned as per ICAI rules.

06 May 2013 In such case ICAI will not accept your Form 109 till the indication of reason to transfer.

Anyway however may i know for which purpose you want to take the transfer.
