Hi,
I am a student of pcc and i haven't cleared any of my groups and have also not appeared for the may 13 exams. I wanted to know if i could get myself registered to IPC now and if yes then could you please guide me about the procedure. Can i appear for the nov'13 exams?

Download the conversion form from the below link and take the print out and fill it and enclose the DD for conversion fee and then submit to the ICAI.

and read the frequently asked question regarding the conversion from PCC to IPCC issued by the ICAI.

According to the FAQ no 2 in the above link a student must and should be have 9 months prior registration of IPCC for the attempt of exams eventhough those converted from PCC to IPCC also this condition applicable. So according to such condition to appear for IPCC November 2013 exams you have required to register/converted to IPCC on or before 31-1-2013. So the due date for November exams is over and till now you not registered for IPCC. So you are not eligible for November 2013 exams.
If you get/converted to IPCC registration on or before 31-7-2013 then you get eligibility for May 2014 IPCC exams.
