Under which category i am liable to pay service tax?
whether service provider or receiver will liable to pay service tax??

No IT Training batches are available for June,July months and vacancy in August month only. From September 2013 I can join article ship but I can't write May 2013 exams. For IPCC is self-study enough or do i need to go for coaching..Pls reply..
