I am in my 1st year of articleship and my employer had a clause while joining the firm of no transfer/industrial training during articleship which i had signed;now can i take a transfer from my current employer within the 1st year?

And if my principal does not agree for transfer,is there any provision to take a transfer without the consent of my principal?

yesterday i downloaded my admit card for ca ipcc group 2 exams nov 2013.. the admit card doesn't bear my photo or signature even though i affixed my photo and signature on exam form before submitting..
now what shall i do? am i allowed to write exams? can i take my PAN card to exam and prove my identity to write exams? does this effect my pass certificate? pl help me frnds...

I hv nov 13 attempt and I am appearing for both the groups. till now I hv prepared myself for idt, costing, audit, law, half of fm, accounting standards, 4 chapters of isca. can nyone temme dat is it possible for me to cmplt d whole course widin such lil tym. m totally hopeless now. kindly help.

i urgently need to know the steps we can take if the principal doesnot allow transfer due to any invalid reason.
i have a friend who has been beaten up and abused by his principal's partner who is principal's son.
he has gone to the office for transfer more than 5 times but everytime they do not sign the form.
the principal have even told him ke agar tumne decide karlia hai ke tumhe transfer lena hai to maine bhi decide karlia hai ke mai transfer nai dunga.
please sir reply soon as the first year of articleship is going to be completed and that will make the situation worse.
