Can anyone tell me please that if an articled assistant has taken transfer in his 1st yr and is under graduation final yr, does he have to submit form 112 again?

I want to know that whether syllabus of isca for may 2014 has been changed?

Facts:
Articleship Completion date : 05.08.2013
Form 108 Filing date: 22.10.2013
The extension is of 166 days and after the original completion period there has been a break, hence form 102 and 103 is to be executed. now the problem is can we show start of extended articleship period from 10.08.2013 with the fact that stamp paper has not been purchased yet. Also kindly tell if franking could be done now on 102 which has been stated with commencement date 10.08.2013?

hi, i am now in my first year of articles. i am planning to switch over to a big firm in 4 months time. i am not really sure whether my principal will encourage my decision. however i desperately need to switch over. i very well know that i need my principal's sign for the transfer. my question is, can he deny to sign.? do i have to comply with all those transfer of working parent and other stuffs to switch over.? i haven't signed any bond kind of thing.

i am taking termination of articleship for 3 months in 2 nd year.. i will reg back for articles after 3 months. i know my articleship period will be extended by 3 months..but will my final attempt change or will postpone ?

Today I received a message from ICAI stating that the CA Final DD has been acknowledged by them.Is this the confirmation that the Articleship documents have been accepted by them & are found correct.Please reply.
