05 November 2013 hi, i am now in my first year of articles. i am planning to switch over to a big firm in 4 months time. i am not really sure whether my principal will encourage my decision. however i desperately need to switch over. i very well know that i need my principal's sign for the transfer. my question is, can he deny to sign.? do i have to comply with all those transfer of working parent and other stuffs to switch over.? i haven't signed any bond kind of thing.
