If a public limited Company grants corporate guarantee to another public limited company and if the directors of both the companies are same , then whether section 295 is applicable?

I got registered to CA-IPCC on September 2013. In order to take inter exam in Nov-2014 what are the trainings/steps conducted by ICAI, I need to Clear/ pass. as I am aware of ITT and orientation. apart from both training is there any other trainings??? and also having bit of confusion in Articles training......? Kindly help me out.......! waiting for an early positive reply.
