Hi,
I m pursuing through my 3rd year of articleship and m getting married in my last month of 3 year-articleship period. i wanted to know the format of application to be sent to the institute and also format for NOC from the principal. Can anyone please help me with this. Its really urgent.

Can you tell me whether how long Institute takes to Approve for the application..
Also should i submit Form 109 alongwith the application or should i submit them separately?

you need to submit form 109 only after obtaining icai permission which may be possible in 1-2 months

And within how many days should i submit form 102 and 103 after filing form 109??

no timelimit prescribed..

as and when you received permission from icai you can send form 109 along with icai permission letter,,and there after you can register with other ca and send form 103

You will send Form-109 with supporting documents that prof of your marriage. Without this the Institute will not process your transfer.
