Please provide me information about the following
I have completed 2.5 years of articles period and i have gone for medical leave for a period of more than 3 months as i have met with an accident. At present i want to take termination of articles as my office is far away from my residence and it is very difficult for me to do up and down to office. as in any case i want to take termination. And send me the procedure for termination also.

Note: I have already gone under medical leave for morethan 3 months.

a student joined in a CA firm for his article-ship & submit Form-103 with the institute. but later on its comes to know that the CA has not vacancy to absorb that student as his article for which the registration latter has not been sent to that student. but the student usually goes office in all working days as he should.later on the CA transfer that student 2 getting registered with his another partner but after 2, 3 month its come to know that the partner has also no vacancy to absorb.it is almost 1 year to end in this process

what will be the consequences for the CA & the student.can the CA make registered the student with any other CA firm from the 1st day of joining..please give me solution in this regard

I have registered with ICAI WIRC branch for GMCS course in August 2013. and my last due date for GMCS is that December 2013.

But, as per ICAI notification GMCS batch will commence on 24th December ( approx) due to no strength of student

so tell me for any penalty for not completed GMCS within time period as per ICAI norms & regulation.

My initial registration for IPCC expired on 26th July 2013. .So i applied for revalidation with reference to BOS/Announcement/227/13 dated January 22 2013. .I received letter from institute on 8th October 2013 which is similiar to initial registration letter nothing is mentioned about revalidation. .wat should i do now? plz suggest me. .

what is the procedure fir transfer of articles in the first year?? I am asking my boss to sign, he refused to sign till he gets institutes consent. I am asking him to sign now, he will sign but write in form that signed under protest/ coercion. what shall I do?

My friend is going to write CA Final exam this May 2014.
So, he is going on leave for studying from January 1 on wards. But, his boss said him that only 2 months leave is permitted as a part of studying for final exam and he'll have to do the excess days i.e, 2 months articleship extra after termination date.
The total number leave he availed as of now is below 25 days.
Kindly help me with this and suggest whether there is any such rule.

Is spending time on doing M.Com. from IGNOU under MOU with ICAI has any worth when they will provide us the degree only after completion of CA course. While CA Degree is already equivalent to post graduation degree.

I may get exemption for Com Accounts, Cost & Mgt accounts. I am going to appear for both groups (Old Syllabus). Should I opt for exemption as this is scoring subject. If I opted I have to obtain 50 marks in GCS & Tax law other subject. Which is best option. Sanjay
