29 November 2013 a student joined in a CA firm for his article-ship & submit Form-103 with the institute. but later on its comes to know that the CA has not vacancy to absorb that student as his article for which the registration latter has not been sent to that student. but the student usually goes office in all working days as he should.later on the CA transfer that student 2 getting registered with his another partner but after 2, 3 month its come to know that the partner has also no vacancy to absorb.it is almost 1 year to end in this process

what will be the consequences for the CA & the student.can the CA make registered the student with any other CA firm from the 1st day of joining..please give me solution in this regard

29 November 2013 it is the responsibility of student and also of ca in practice before registering as a articlestudent

in this case in my opinion it is not possible to save that one year if he is going to register in ca firm other than old firm
.

kindly contact icai regional chapter and ask them how to make good to this situation is the only choice left to you
.
