what is the procedure fir transfer of articles in the first year?? I am asking my boss to sign, he refused to sign till he gets institutes consent. I am asking him to sign now, he will
sign but write in form that
signed under protest/ coercion.
what shall I do?

The Form-109 for transfer will be accepted by Institute if it is signed by your Principal.
Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
So try to convince you principal and said that sir you are wasting my valuable time .

Sir, thanks for ur suggestion. I know that institute wont respond to such letters. but he is asking me to wait for that letter.My one year will be completed in next 2 months.

No need to Institute response on it, if you are taking transfer in one year of article ship. You only intimate the same and join with other principal.
