hey one of my friends who is also doing articleship with me want to file his income tax return bcoz he has given unsecured loan to some private firm who has deducted his t.d.s
now my quest.is can he file return and claim refund of t.d.s or is there any restriction on filing of return or it is noncompliance of article rules bcoz article can not do anything during his training period

i have a problem regarding registration of articleship:-
during submission of final/articleship forms(103 &102),i did not take along form 102 to the institute,which i was told later by a friend had to be signed/stamped by the institute.Form 103 was accepted.So i want to know that,have i been registered as an article or not jus b'coz of not getting form 102 signed/stamped by the institute?
(i havent recieved the Id card either,which i am told not many ppl recieve)

sir please tell me whether is benefecial to take coaching in delhi or mumbai. well sir this time i m taking coaching in mumbai for three subjects .i.e accounts, mafa & costing rest 2 subjects .ie. DTL & IDTL is to take.

I registered for PE2 in Apr 2005. And Eligibility certificate issued in Jan 2006. In the Eligibility Certificate The Institute mentioned that This Certificate is Valid up to MAY 2008 Examination. I am From B.Com.I cleared grp-2 and got exeption in paper-3.
I Wrote All the 5 Attempts. Now what is the procedure .

can those who r not willing to do graduation can do ca???????/
if no graduation, what does the norm say?
i have cleared my cpt. in june 08, i am not doing any graduation course. so the chartered accountants to whom i went for articleship are not giving me articleship saying its necessary to do graduation n institute will not accept the form if i dont do graduation course??


can anyone provide me with written document by the institute where its written that garauation is not necessary, so that i can show it to my chartered accountant??????

Sir I m PE 2 student I cleared my 2nd group and 1st fall on Nov 08 I send DD for IT training I received study material but not yet received Registration letter so any one can help me from where I to contact for the same, pls provide me phone nos or ID for the same, Thanx in advance

if in a 10 marks problem on flowchart, if suppose there is a mistake in one of the step, & in real technical terms the solution arrived at is wrong. however, the flowchart is correct to the extent of 80-90% on the whole. in such a case,is student expected 2 get ne marks? if yes den how much?

hi sir i have submitted my pcc registration form one week back in that i wrote iam doing b com first year (degree) along with ca n wrote my degree timings as 06am to 10am n didnt submitted my 112 form now iam going to submitt my 112 form but in that iam going to write degree timings is from 06;15 to 10;30 because they have changed the timings will icai approve my registration?
