22 August 2008 An associate is a member having less than five years of post qualification experience.
after attaining five years post qualification experience an ACA can apply for Fellow membership

09 December 2008 I have seen at ICAI member list...
that a person qualified in 1986... is ACA
what about it???
ACA holding full time COP, is eligible to train article????

26 December 2008 That means he has not opted for practice. My uncle cleared in 1964 and became FCA in 1969 whereas my cousin cleared in 2002 but still did not practice and hance is ACA.
