There's a Notification published on 17/08/2008 on ICAI's website titled as-

Notification - Enhancement in Entitlement of Articled Assistants
Notication No. being: NO.1-CA(7)/102/2007(E)



On page 6 of this Notification under Explanation of Regulation 56's sub-regulation (1) it is being stated as follows:



“(1) Every articled assistant executing the deed of articles for the

full period of articled training prescribed under these regulations, shall be

required to complete such articles only with the member, who has engaged

him



Does this mean that transfers have been closed??? Please check out this Notification on ICAI's website and confirm for sure if transfers been closed as per this extract's contents.....

i Y.Chytanyakumar of Nellore having registered as a student of CA Intermediate with registration no.MM073414 and completed articles with sri T.Srinivasulu, from 1996 to 1999 and thereafter converted to PE II by the transition scheme introduced. I have also completed my postal test papers and got my eligibility certificate for both groups at that time. No groups are cleared till now. now the Institute has announced two additional attempts till May 2009 for the students. I can directly apply for the exam for Nov 2008 now or not. If not what are the conditions i have to fulfill. kindly clarify the procedure to apply for the forth coming attempts so extended and oblige.

what is "PRIVY COUNCIL"?

hi.I am going to appear in Nov 2008 PCC exams. pl provide me with the rates applicable for provisioning of NPA in bank accounts relevant for my exams. thanks in advance

I have cleared ICWAI Inter. I have also cleared CA PE II and i want to apply for the final and Articles.
It seems i should also send Form 112 along with the application. In the Form 112 there is a colum for duration of course. What should i fill there for the course of ICWAI Final.

I, Sangameswar Mantravadi. I have written CA PE-II Group II in May 2007 and successfully clearled it. I have not received the markslist from the institute. But my result was kept in the net at that time with the Result Pass. Busy with my acamedic preparation i could not contact the institute earlier. This year May i had written and successfully completed CA PE-II Group I also. I have applied for the Duplicate Marks List by follwing the procedure given in the ICAI website.
Now i want to apply for registration of Final along with the Articleship. Can i attach the copy of the marks list, which i downloaded from the website, of Group II along with the copy of the marks list of Group I for registration.

Is it necessary to attach 100 hrs. ITT certificate with exam forms.

I have heard that exam form is to be sent to New Delhi and 100 hrs. ITT certificate is to be sent to Noida (U.P.). Is it true?

Please help me out.
