Hi Experts,

I was registered with ICAI prior to November 2002 and appeared for CA intermetidate examitations conducted by ICAI for four attempts, and also I have completed my CA articleship in 2005, thereafter I discontinued.. now I want know whether my registration is valid or not, please advise me if not how to proceed with current format.

I am getting registered for articleship. I just wanted to know regarding the filling of form no. 102 and 103. Does we have to fill form no.102 or will the firm has to fill, Do we have to send these forms first to firm and then to ICAI or the firm will send it directly.

Please suggest.

sir, I have registered for pcc i.e, articles in april 2007 at that time i completed bcom 2nd yr and i got permission from icai regarding bcom but i also registered for icwai inter on june2007 which i want to appear on dec2008 and also i had completed my bcom final year in march 2008.My question is can i send 112 form at time of icwai final registration or i have to send now in view of latest amendment.

please guide me whether an article can change his articleship from one firm to another.

How many days it would take to receive the PEII Completion Certificate from the time of receiving of the Marks Lists. In my case i have received Marks List almost one and half month back and still i have not received my Certificate. Please guide me whom to contact and the procedure to be followed. Thank you.
