i m a Industrial Trainee in a big organisation.

my attempt is due in nov.08.

i want a leave for study n thet are also ready to give it to me.

but the problem is: -
they are saying that any leave taken by me will exceed my training period.
means they will not permit me leave, but as per institue policy, we can take 135 total leave in 3 years of training.

55 leaves is already taken by me.hence 80 leaves is still balance to me.

will my training will extended if i'll take 50 days leave for exam???

please help me..
i have registered for cwa finals on nov 7 2007.my articleship period commenced from aug18 2007.and i completed my graduation on mar.2008.till now i didn't apply for any permission from icai to do other courses.some people told me that i have to leave b.com while applying for membership after my qualification..
can you please explain what are the consequences of this..and should i apply for any permission..if so,in what form..am i already delay in the process of seeking permission...please guide me..

hi sir in my previous question i had asked u that one of my friend has failed his 10+2 in march 2007n passed his cpt in aug 2007?can he register for pcc after passing his 10+2 in march 2008. n u have said that he can register .as per u r advise he has registered for pcc on aug 6 2008 n till now he had not got his pcc registrarion letter sir? but he has got itt books n some cd's sir? to get his pcc registretion letter what he shouls do sir?

I have completed my Inter in Nov.95, I have registered for the articleship in Aug.1991 and already completed the required article period. Due to some problems I am not able to attempt the final exams after that.
Am I eligible to appear for the CA Final exams in May, 2009?
