A company exports / renders information technology services to group companies situated outside India.
Whether such company is liable to pay service tax on the services exported to group companies
Whether such company is liable to pay service tax on the services exported to group companies

There is no service tax in case of export of services subject there must not be application of such services by any indian branch of said foreign gr of companies
