Can I advice the party to change the theme of bill for exmpted in Service Tax and I tell to china perty to Specify that the bill is for Researche & Development, So Party get Exmption from S.T
Is it good for Service-Tax?????

On verification of my admit card as displayed on the site i.e. www.icai.nic.in/admit.html , the details appearing on the Admit card did not matched with the details provided in the examination form submitted by me with respect to ‘Name’ and ‘Centre’

Please suggest me the procedure that how to rectify all these mistakes apparent on my admit card.

When I had first registered as an article assistant I had to fill and submit Form 102, Form 103, Form 112(as I'm also doing a regular B.Com. course).Even though I'm registered before 1st apr' 2008.
Now I want to take transfer from the firm and join another firm.
My question is when Itake a transfer will I have to submit Form 112 again or will my previous statement stand valid?
