clarification regarding CA Final attempt

i have registered my articles on 9/09/2007 and my final exam attempt is nov 2009,but due to some problems i have taken leave for 5 months during my article period and now iwould like to take termination ,now in termination form if this leave period is mentioned ,is there any effect on my final attempt ,what is the elibible leave period ?please clarify my query .

i will take termination and i will join my articles within 4 to 6 days in my hometown and i will submit forms witin the time prescribed by the ICAI.Then my attempt will be deffered? AND
What is the leave period that we r eligible at the time of termination?
