Transfer of Articelship

I am a pcc student i have completed my article ship of 32 months out of 42 months.

Can i take transfer from Rajkot to Ahmedabad which is more than 50km. with a reason that i want to join C.A. classes at Ahmedabad.

do PCA from ICFAI university Hyderabad.

If Any one can tell me about wheather this
course will be benificial for me in my future prospect. I am having Accounting experience of 24+ years

study for law subject of pcc

i have institute's compilation for law and also padhuka's book.
so will it be sufficient to study only from institute's compilation?

Is CA Final New Course more scoring?

Please tell me whether the CA Final New Course is more scoring than the Old one?

It seems to me as if the new course papers contain more practical (numerical) questions and lesser of theory.

Any idea / opinion ?

IFRS AND DIRECT TAX CODE

Dear Experts,

My CA Final exms are in MAY 2011.

and I m going to start my preprations. So pls tell me whether I should read AS and Income tax act1961 as IFRS and Direct tax code will be made applicable from April 2011..
