I am doing my industrial training since 1 july 2009 the due date of completion of orticles on 22 march 2010 they informed that i am not eligible only on 24 nov 2009 because of that one week deficit.....how to resolve it? (this time exam held on june 2009).......

i have padhuka's law book but havn't started studying from it.
one of my friend told me that it is better to study bhandari's book for law as language in the book is easy.moreover becuase of less time available between exam it is not possible to revise padhuka.
so is it correct?

I have passed 12th from SCIENCE faculty. I have passed CPT on the basis of MAths and stats, Economics and Mercantile law without coaching class with a score of 111 out of 200. I dropped accounts at the CPT level due to time constraint and fear about accounts. Now I am facing difficulties in the preparation of IPCE because of lack of accounts basics.
Please guide me as to how can I remove fear about accounts from my mind?

Which book to read for conceptual clarity of accounting basics? I know that I will definetely become CA but with proper guidance.

Is any goods on which i paid vat i get set off or set off is get only on those goods which are related to my business Please advice

Sir, let me confirm whether ICAI has issued notification regarding CA-Final attempt to be due 6 months earlier or only committee on this matter is formed. I have heard that decision has came, notification issued that attempt are due earlier by 6 months. plz clear the point urgently.
