For Accounts you may use M Radhaswamy's book.
& for Costing & FM you may use Khan & Jain's book.

Other books are also good but No one can guarantee for assured passing as it depends upon your understanding of the subject.

Accounts : Shukla Garewal(if u want theory also) or PC Tulsian (if u dont want theory)
