stipend of article is exempted or not

Respected Sir,

I am CA final student registered on October 23,2009. Along with final registration forms I have enclosed Form 112 for studying additional course. I have received acknowledgement for final registration and fees payment on 28th and 23rd of October.But I have not received the permission letter to study additional course and student ID card till now. So what should I do to get my permission letter to study additional course and student ID card.
I have sent freequent reminders to institute through mail and letter. But no reply from the institute.Then what should I do now ???

WHETHER IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM ICAI IF A CA STUDENT ALSO WANT TO PURSUE CS COURSE, AND WHETHER HE SHOULD TAKE PERMISSION AFTER REGISTRATION OF C.S OR BEFORE REGISTRATION,

PLEASE GUIDE ME REGARDING THE PROCEDURE.

Last date for registration for CPT June 2010 Attempt.

I M A CA FINAL STUDENT FROM THE PCC BATCH. THE ELGIGIBLITY FOR APPEARING FOR FINAL EXAM IS COMPLETION OF ARTICLESHIP OF 3.5 YRS. WHETHER THIS TERM IS JUST BASIC TERM OR INCLUDES EXCESS LEAVE TOO. MY ARTICLESHIP ENDS IN THE LAST WEEK OF OCT 2010. AND DUE TO MY EXCESS LEAVE IT WOULD END UP NOW IN MID WEEK OF DECEMBER. AM I ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FOR NOV EXAM??
ALSO, WHETHER THE EXCESS LEAVE FROM OLD PRINCIPAL CAN BE SET OFF MY TAKING LESS LEAVE IN THE NEW FIRM??
IN DETAIL:
MY ARTICLESHIP ENDS ON 28TH OCT (BASIC TERM). INCLUDING EXTENSION IT WOULD END ON 15 DEC (APPROX). I HAVE TAKEN UP TRANSFER AND AM ON EXTENSION SINCE MY OLD PRINCIPAL HAS SHOWED EXCESS LEAVE.
KINDLY RESOLVE THE ABOVE MATTER

i m saravanan. i completed my pcc in june 2009. my articles going to complete 31.3.2011 (started from 1.10.2007).
i want to know when is my eligibility for appearing ca final (new course) exam. whether after completion of my article (may 2011)or before 6 months from the date of the completion of my articles (nov-2010)

I want to write IRDA examination for knowledge purpose. I don't want to become a an agent or advisor to any insurance company. Can i write IRDA examination directly without join in any insurance company.

Pls clarify my doubt.
