WHETHER IT IS MANDATORY TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM ICAI IF A CA STUDENT ALSO WANT TO PURSUE CS COURSE, AND WHETHER HE SHOULD TAKE PERMISSION AFTER REGISTRATION OF C.S OR BEFORE REGISTRATION,
