My Exam is in NOV-10 is it compulsory to do GMCS before the exam or i can do after my exam also

after 5 attempts of pcc are over will i again have to give group 1 which i have cleared in first attempt and do articleship or wait for a time period before giving my 6th attempt. also i have skipped an attempt due to my t.y.b.com exam. since i did not fill the form will this attempt be counted

I have last given my exam for CA final in May 2005. Second Group is already cleared in Nov 2002. Now after a gap of around five years I plan to restart my preparation for First group again. I need ur help in this regard. My Queries are

- Whether the decision is viable at this stage when I am married having two daughters and aged around 32 Years?

- Whether I should shoud prepare under new syllabus or under old syllabus?

- If I opt to give exams under new syllabus whether the second group is assumed to be cleared or I have to again relclear the same under new syllabus?

- What are the strategies to be followed for preparation.

Please help as there is a considerable gap in my studies and I am a bit nervous.

I have completed my CA-Foundation in May 2003 and completed only 5 months 20 days ArticleShip Training and taken termination letter.

I have completed my -e-Com Power First Accountan (18 Month Computer Course) from First computer Patna
I have also Completed my B. Com Hors for Mithila University in 2005 from Darbhanga

I appeared 3 times in PE -II examination including last attempt Nov-2007 in which I could not complet aggregate marks I got only (First Group:128 and Second Group Mark 144 Roll no. )

I have some quiry about the courses

1. Will I have to completed Computer training?
2. Will I have to Register for PCC or any other named course of same level?
3. How much will be Registration Fee ?
4. What will be subject to study ?
5. How much study will take time and how long I can appear in the examination after registration?
6. Will I have to submit again Test Papers?
7. When can I complete my Rest Article Ship Training ? After passing PCC or Before it ?
Guide me as per Necessory ?
8. How Much will I have to Pay for Start Study of CA Rest Course

I am also enclosing my Marks Sheet of Nov-2007 of PE- II Examination

Is it mandatory to quote Circular Nos. or Notification Nos. while writing Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes exams.

If we are not quote in the exam, will they deduct the marks? How to present the answer in such cases.
