30 April 2010 Is it mandatory to quote Circular Nos. or Notification Nos. while writing Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes exams.

If we are not quote in the exam, will they deduct the marks? How to present the answer in such cases.

30 April 2010 My view, it is not compulsory except the points you are referring to the particular circular or notification.if provide the circular & Notificattion Nos. your presentation of answer will reach fastly to the examiner
