Hey frnds there r two facts which ICAI has declared it clearly
First : That the days on which we exams, those days wud be considered as articleship and not as leave, so for eg : 12 days of pcc exam are considered as articleship

Second : we can give our final exam only after completing 3 and half years articleship.

So reading this two facts together, wud v get 20 days of ca final exam days as articleship period or No ??? Wat u all say ???

I just had this doubt whether is there any sett off if only group 1 of IPCC exam i write?

And also i wanted to know that if I can write 2 subject papers in Nov 2010 and 2 more in May 2011. Is that possible? I yes, can you give me some more details about it. Because one of my friend who finished his IPCC had told me this.

My articles was completed by June2010.i took termination in May 2008 from my first principle and that time i had an excess leave of 26 days(as per ICAI letter).By the time i get my articles completed my total leaves were 165(below the limit).

Should i work for the excess leave as per ICAI letter even my over all leaves are within the limit????????

If i should work ,is there any formality of submission of any form and their time limits
