Hi friends can any body tell me how the ICAI has checked the papers of CA Final, i have seen all of my friends results on ICAI website, they got 58,57,59 marks please let me know that how ICAI do this, please give them marks so that atleast get exemption in that subject so that they cleared please tell me dear friends. i want to know this.

i have register for cpt on july 2008 is my registration still valid ? also i gave cpt in this june and did not pass and this was 3rd attempt ..should continue with ca or should i drop it? please advice me

Dear experts

I would like to know that in economic and labour law subject of CS exe stage it is necessary to learn each and every case law name.As in this subject in each chapter every single definition contains so many case laws which are possible to understand and learn but not their names.

And if i would like to learn only important case law names how would i know which one is important.

I cleared my PCC in Nov-2009. I started vid my articleship in June 2007 and its going to end in Dec-2010. Hv taken around 8-9 months leave till Date. M i eligible to go for Industrial Training ??
Also can I take I.Training under any F.C.A who is in practice??
