which book is best 4 thorough conceptually understanding of Costing CA Final(other than Padhuka)? Pls Reply early.

Please read the following sitution

in a partnership Firm (CA Firm) their is 5 ca partner and they work togather in thae name xyz & co. since last 3 years. one day institute remove 1 partner`s name out of 5 partner for 6 month.

Now my query is this that firm (xyz & co.) is required to be Dissolved or not ?

if anyone not give exam whether it will be counted for 3 exemption given in the subject

if someone goes on audit and travelling distance is of 4 hrs then is travelling hours also included in working hours.
my office is at karol bagh i live in dev nagar and it takes only 10 minutes to reach office but i have to go for a audit at faridabad for 2 month and on travelling i spent 4hrs,2hrs in one way.is this 4 hrs also included in working hours.

if we are going for outstation audit for some days then working hours is 24 hours of a day or not.

my friend taken leave of around 280 in his articleship of 2& half year & on many time he work more than 35hours in a week he asked his principal to adjust the excess hours worked with his leave but his CA not agree with him.
can he take any action against his ca.

hey guys i have lost once in final new course this time.......n that also i passed every subject but i aggregate couldnt make it....n i dint scored much in theory subjects......so please suggest me how to prepare for the theory n provide me with the tips to score good specially in paper 3&4 of first group and paper 2 of second group!!!!!!!!please give ur lil time to me n suggest.......thanx in advance

if some one has given CPT exam in May 2010
and has started coaching class for IPCC in June 2010.

Then in July he gets 98 in CPT and fails.

So by any means will he be able to give his IPCC attempt in May 11 or he will have to give in the next attempt ?

can this be done by giving online CPT exam ?

Pls Solve this Query bcoz its a matter of time.
