20 July 2010 Please read the following sitution

in a partnership Firm (CA Firm) their is 5 ca partner and they work togather in thae name xyz & co. since last 3 years. one day institute remove 1 partner`s name out of 5 partner for 6 month.

Now my query is this that firm (xyz & co.) is required to be Dissolved or not ?

20 July 2010 no.. (i think so)
partnership dissolves when a partner ceases to be a partner.
removal by institute for some period will only make his attesting & signing invalid for that limited period.
