My training will be completing in March 2011 but I have taken extra leave of about 5 months.
I want to know that whether it is compulsorily required for me to complete my Extra Training under same Principal (Member) or it is on me to complete under any other Member?

If somebody wants to terminate his/her articleship (which is remaining less than 1 year)due to some problems or due to any other reasons, then he/she can terminate the same? Is it permissible according to ICAI? If, suppose employer agrees / permits the article assistant to take termination & accordingly signs the letter written by the article assistant for request of termination, whether ICAI will consider such permission given by the employer & on that basis will allow the article to terminate? or the grounds which are applicable for the transfer are same applicable for the termination also & no other grounds/reasons will be entertained by ICAI?
